It was a first for me on a snowmobile and a first truly backcountry riding experience. We went with Vin (from BOA) to steamboat springs and his two sleds. Piled 7 dudes on the sleds and set off into Buff Pass. There is a cat operation here, so its pretty easy to poach on their tracks and get into the backcountry. We were lucky to get a storm on the first day bringing in about a foot of fresh, followed by two blue bird days. Good times for sure.
Here is a video I took with an evaluation module from Garmin that includes speed and Altitude. This was on a lower slope that was not yet sun-baked.
